2010-02-19 - it took some time to break in the shoe.. I have very narrow feet and I went up a 1/2 a size and it fits well.

Make sure you go up a 1/2 a size then what you would normally purchase. It took about a week to break in the shoes... I can not wait to purchase the sandals...
I was thinking about buying the shoes for the past 5 months I am so glad that I purchased them. If you buy them from Amazon you don't pay shipping or sales tax.....
They do look wider than a normal walking shoe...

the shoe is pretty comfortable to walk in, but every step is slightly louder than my other walking/running shoes which I found a little annoying. also, the back of the shoe comes up a bit high on the ankle which can rub uncomfortably at times.

2010-02-04 - comfortable and they work

It took one day of wearing these sneakers in the house to get used to the pods. Now I don't want to wear anything else. It tightened the backs of my thighs and gluts. It also makes it more comfortable to walk with these sneakers. My knees don't hurt anymore. The only down side is that they look a little clunky. Hope they streamline the shoe in the future. I will buy another pair.

I was a bit skeptical about the claims that just wearing these shoes could give you better muscle tone. Well I am here to tell you they deliver on thier promise and more! I am very out of shape and as my mother would tell you I have terrible posture. After owning and wearing these shoes for 2 mos. I have greatly increased my muscle toneand my posture has improved also. The bottom of these shoes has little stability balls in them so your posture is improved because you have to stand properly to maintain your balance. I have Parkinson's disease yet I still am able to maintain my balance in these shoes something I can't always do in my other footwear. My husband loves the results this pair of shoes is giving me. I would highly recommed these shoes to anyone, not only has my body firmed up I notice an increase in stamina too. Just expect that thee first few days you'll probably only want to wear them for half the day because your leg and butt muscles will be sore. Though I am so out of shape even I started wearing them all day within a week. Other than the price which is rather high I am a very satisfied customer.

Got these for Christmas for our daughter. The fit was a little bit loose, but we kept it, because the price was very reasonable. She likes it, and she told me that it took a little while to get used to, but she did and now wears them all the time. The fit was, as I said, a little loose, so a 9 would have fit better. The reason I got the 9.5, is because I usually need a half size, to a full size larger athletic shoe and I thought this would be a good fit. My shoe size is also a 9.
